After driving up to New York two weeks ago in our 2012 Honda Fit, we decided to sell it and buy a brand new 2016 Honda HR-V. One day before driving to Vermont for Kestrel's family reunion. Yes, we apparently like to tempt fate.

Musings on E-Sports
I was sent a link to the recent World Championship Series finals today by Jordan Wiens. I haven't been paying attention to StarCraft II since around 2012. I still think it's a really interesting game to watch (and I did watch the finals - they were pretty awesome). I even think Blizzard has done a decent job with WCS. This got me thinking about what it is that has me far more interested in other games.

Uncorrupting a PNG Image
This past weekend, I played in PlaidCTF 2015 with Men in Black Hats. We placed a respectable 17th in the end which, despite being far from the 1st place we'd hoped for, still didn't prevent me from having a ton of fun. I was involved in solving a few different challenges, but the one I'd like to take the time to write up is actually one I didn't solve for us: "PNG Uncorrupt".

Original Raid Content Cleared
We did it! Blackfathom Deep Dish is officially done with "vanilla" World of WarCraft raid content. We'll be pushing to 70 on our next raid night. For anyone looking to do this in the future...
